The City of Greenfield is seeking a qualified individual to fill the full-time position of Deputy City Clerk. The Deputy City Clerk assists the City Clerk in carrying out all functions of the office and performs the duties of the City Clerk in her absence. Primary responsibilities include election and licensing duties. Previous work in WisVote is desired. High school diploma, with 3-5 years clerical experience. Advanced training in clerical courses, or an Associate degree in a relevant field is desirable. Experience in a municipal clerk’s office and Certified Wisconsin Municipal Clerk status is preferred. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, exceptional customer service skills, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and stay organized is important.
