HGNI COMMUNITY ORGANIZER
The Harambee Great Neighborhood Initiative (HGNI) is seeking a Community Organizer who will implement the key strategies and objectives of its Neighborhood Action Plan. Successful candidates will be expected to provide relationship management, community outreach, neighborhood marketing, communication and general o ffice activities. Quali fications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in social science or human services areas with at least three years experience as a community organizer, urban planner or outreach work in revitalizing urban communities and neighborhoods, and/or advocacy. Candidate must have proven experience performing community outreach and mobilization.
Salary Range: $40,000 – $45,000
