Manufacturing Sciences-Lean Six Sigma Leader – Life Technologies Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Sciences-Lean Six Sigma Leader in Brown Deer WI. Candidate will provide leadership in the implementation of Lean initiatives across the manufacturing facility. Utilize various lean methodologies to eliminate low value steps and waste in various activities across the plant. Requires Master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences or Technical field plus 3 years in position or as Supply Chain Specialist, Industrial Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer/Leader. Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years experience may also be accepted. Must be ASQ Black Belt Certified; have a working knowledge of Toyota Production System including JIT, JIDOKA, and HEIJUNKA; experience with tools such as SMED, 5S, POKA-YOKE, KAN BAN, and CHAKU-CHAKU; and experience with problem solving tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and DMAIC.
