For over forty-five years, the Social Development Commission (SDC) has served as a planner, coordinator, and implementer of human service programs for low-income individuals and families in Milwaukee County. We currently have the following job openings:
W2-EAA Site Manager
Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and operation of the eligibility and assessment component of the W2 program, including supervision of staff . Directly supervise and evaluate staff. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. FEP) to review their cases and ensure they are in compliance with policy and procedures. Determines and directs procedures and policies of their area(s). Analyzes and/ or evaluates in-place practices and systems to ensure daily operations, prioritizes work to meet timelines, manages continuous improvement of division policies, procedures and operational methods; creates job profiles for new positions and prepares budgets.
W2-EAA Operation Specialist
Responsible for scanning high volumes of client documentations into electronic case files, complete other assigned administrative tasks.
