PART-TIME MUNICIPAL COURT COMMISSIONER
The following qualifications are required of candidates:
- License to practice law in Wisconsin
- At least three years law practice immediately prior to appointment
- Residency in the City of Milwaukee at the time of appointment and during the term of appointment
Applications will be accepted until February 18, 2012.
Please note the commissioner is prohibited from engaging in legal practice before the Milwaukee Municipal Court during the period of service as municipal court commissioner.
The hourly rate for municipal court commissioners is $46.95 per hour for an estimated 250-350 hours annually.
