GRANT ACCOUNTANT
The Social Development Commission (SDC) plans, develops and operates programs to improve the lives of low-income people in Milwaukee. This position is responsible for performing various accounting functions such as planning, budgeting, preparing, communicating and monitoring financial projections. Job duties include, but are not limited to revenue and expense statements, balance sheets and key financial indicators for consulting with Program Managers and Directors on accounting issues related to agency programs and their contracts. The minimum job requirements for this position consist of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related financial area. Two or more years of related experience is preferred. Recent or upcoming Accounting graduates are also encouraged to apply.
