DISABILITY ADVOCATE
The Social Development Commission (SDC) plans, develops and operates programs to improve the lives of low-income people in Milwaukee County.
This position is responsible for the coordination of the enrollment, referral and assessment process for clients with disabilities; will monitor progress, identify barriers to employment eligibility and provide support services. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a human services area and three years related experience in case management; ability to develop and maintain relationships in a multi cultural environment.
