The Social Development Commission (SDC) plans, develops and operates programs to improve the lives of low-income people in Milwaukee and the W2 Eligibility and Assessment portion of the W-2 program coordinates employment support for qualified residents. The Financial Employment Planner is responsible for establishing and maintaining a case management and employment plan for participants to receive employment and training services. This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field, two or more years of professional experience in case management and knowledge of public assistance program policies and procedures.
