INTEGRATED SERVICES LIAISON
The Social Development Commission (SDC) plans, develops and operates programs to improve the lives of low-income people in Milwaukee and the W2.
Eligibility and Assessment portion of the W-2 program coordinates employment support for qualified residents. This position will be responsible for building community alliances, assisting clients in addressing and resolving immediate needs and connecting them to community services.
Requirements include an Associate degree in a related area and two years related experience including counseling; ability to develop and maintain relationships in a multicultural environment.
