Master Lock Co LLC is seeking a SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) Mgr in Oak Creek, WI w/the following reqts: MS degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain Mgment, Engineering or related field or foreign equiv degree. 4 yrs of related exp.
Reqd skills: Act as Oracle ERP system functional data owner to streamline material planning & scheduling parameters & processes using Demand/Planning time fences, safety-stock calculations, & order modifiers including Fixed days of supply & Fixed Lot Multiplier (2 yrs); Utilize rough-cut capacity planning & forecast accuracy KPI data to provide rolling 12-month demand-capacity outlook for manufacturing sites to aid long-term capacity planning activities (1 yr); Utilize Six Sigma Tools & methodologies including Voice of the customer, RACI diagram, KJ analysis, Kano analysis, & 5-Whys to identify process improvement opportunities & execute business projects minimizing supply chain risk (1 yr); Perform cross-functional supply chain analysis using TCO analysis, competitive analysis/price benchmarking, inventory ABC analysis, + root-cause analysis to achieve business plan KPIs including inventory, delivery, & cost metrics (1 yr).
