Tour the Central Library, 814 W. Wisconsin Ave., with the Friends. Free tours begin at 11 a.m. each Saturday afternoon in the rotunda. Tour goers receive a coupon for a free book at the end of the tour in the Bookseller Store and Café. To arrange for a special tour call (414) 286-TOUR.

Voter Registration Drive
Still need to register to vote? Wondering how it matters? Washington Park Library teams up with the League of Women Voters to make sure every eligible citizen is registered to vote in the upcoming Presidential Election.
Volunteers will complete voter registration on the spot, and a team from the League of Women Voters will hold an education session on why voting is a vital part of American citizenship at Washington Park Library, 2121 N. Sherman Blvd., Monday, Oct. 10, 5-7 p.m.

Spotlight Exhibit Series
A showcase of exhibits from the Milwaukee Public Library’s Rarities Collection will be on display at Central Library, 814 W. Wisconsin Ave., Tuesday, October 11, 12-7 p.m. in the Richard E. and Lucile Krug Rare Books Room. Stop in to view the reception room and enjoy a self-guided tour of prints, posters, illuminated manuscripts, and other treasures not normally on display to the public.
Color Your Way to Calm

Human Trafficking in Wisconsin
Rachel Monaco-Wilcox, JD, is an attorney, teacher, mediator, and the chair and assistant professor of the Justice Department at Mount Mary University. She will address the many myths and misconceptions of sex trafficking in Wisconsin and explain what led her to start the LOTUS (Legal Options for Trafficked and Underserved Survivors) legal clinic at M.L.
