Thousands of people came together on Christmas Day at the Wisconsin Center to enjoy a warm holiday meal prepared and served by hundreds of community volunteers.
With the support of sponsors such as WNOV 860 am, Feeding America, We Energies, Universal Companies, Milwaukee Courier and many others, the Salvation Army is counting 26 years, Milwaukee’s longest running community holiday tradition continues to grow, serving an estimated 8,000 meals on Thursday, December 25.
Homemade dressing, ham, turkey, mashed potatoes, vegetables and an assortment of desserts brought together strangers and hope for a stronger Milwaukee.
