Oversee corp. environ. compliance (comp.) mgmt. projects using exp. assisting clients w/ state & fed. environ. comp. (i.e., EPA Consent Orders & Decrees). Process/ review environ. permits & rel’d matls., & prep. air quality (AQ) permit apps. using exp. w/ minor & major source (Title V) AQ permit apps. & negotiating operating permit conditions. Perform reg. applicability determ. using exp. w/ reg. stds. (i.e., NSPS & NESHAP). Perform environ. comp. audits & reviews using exp. conduct. air comp. audits. Provide tech. guidance for CAA & CWA violations using exp. w/ CAA regs. & reg. agencies such as EPA. Quantify air pollutant & chemical waste emissions using exp. perform. pollutant mass balance calc. from stack air emissions testing & prep. air emission source reports. Build/ analyze ambient air dispersion modeling using exp. w/ air dispersion modeling for toxic air contaminants & NAAQS stds. Provide tech. training using exp. dev. environ. comp. monitoring plans & recordkeeping spdshs. Req’s BS or foreign equiv. in Environ. Sci., Environ./Civil Eng. or rel’d field + 2 yrs exp. as Assoc.
