A dynamic opportunity exists to work directly with African American families to provide support to spousal and family caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. A Bachelor’s Degree in Health or Human Services and 2 years of experience working with dementia populations and 3 years working in program development with diverse populations and a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
