A free family health expo sponsored by the American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association was held on Friday, Aug. 23 at Parklawn Assembly of God. As pictured above there were blood pressure screenings, healthy diet & exercise tips, smoking cessation information, hands-only CPR training, and also information regarding the Affordable Care Act were available.
