The Salvation Army’s Annual ‘Cans Film Festival’ Food Drive was held

June 4, 2011

The Salvation Army’s Annual ‘Cans Film Festival’ Food Drive was held recently at select Pick ‘n Save locations. The event is in partnership with Clear Channel Radio, Pick n’ Save, Clear Channel Outdoor, Rocky Rococo’s Pizza and Marcus Theatre’s. The food drive collected nearly 10,000 items with the support of area schools to benefit Salvation Army food pantries. Salvation Army pantries provide nearly 50,000 families food annually. For information on how you can host a food drive for The Salvation Army contact Faithe Colas, community relations director at 414-302-4300.
