NIP Program Coordinator
The Social Development Commission (SDC) plans, develops and operates programs to improve the lives of low-income people in Milwaukee. This position is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Neighborhood Improvement Program (NIP) and the Weatherization Rehab & Asset Preservation (WRAP) programs. Job responsibilities include project scheduling, project management, contractor coordination, managing client relationships and the preparation of various reports. Requirements include high school degree or GED and training in housing construction and energy conservation techniques and at least three years related experience. Previous experience in preparing and evaluating competitive bids is preferred.
