Recovery Support Coordinator
Opening(s) & Location: 76th Street
This position works actively to coordinate the process of service planning and delivery, as well as the traditional case management function of helping the client to access services necessary for the recovery of AODA related conditions.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Nursing, Psychology or related field
- Have knowledge of Wraparound program philosophy is preferred
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and liability insurance.
- Strong written and verbal skills Essential Functions:
- Facilitate sessions for AODA vendors and other team members
- Ability to prepare formal reports
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to display cultural competence by responding respectfully to people of all cultures
- Working knowledge of computer applications
