Greater Galilee Missionary Baptist Church Position: Youth Director Youth Ministry Staff Job Description Reports to: Senior Pastor Purpose: To minister and provide services for the youth minister for both middle school and high school youth. Full Time or Part Time.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years experience with working with youth within a Christian environment. Previous experience working in alternative education or substance abuse counseling reading a plus. Ability to create, write and request proposals. Solicit for fundraising, etc. Demonstrated ability to teach, direct and organize volunteers of any age. Experience with community advocacy or community organizing work. Interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills
