2-0 baby! The Milwaukee Bucks are killing it in the 2019 playoffs against the Detroit Pistons. This prior Wednesday, April 16, the Bucks won by 21 points, and the game before by 35 points. The entire city is excited to ride the wave of the Bucks.
The Bucks have been doubted in the past, but if you’re from Milwaukee, or even Wisconsin, you can’t help but to be excited for the team. As the number one team in the NBA, the Bucks are putting up a fight to get to the finals.
It’s been 48 long years since the Bucks have won the finals and we’re definitely due for a championship trophy.
The Bucks have been an integral part in growing the city, such as Barbershop Mondays, funding organizations, planting trees and more. Along with the team’s mission to give back, The Fiserv Forum, the Buck’s new stadium was recently built. The new arena is serving fans inside and outside of the arena.
According to Dustin Gordon, Bucks Chief Marketing Officer, this is an exciting time not just for the team, but for fans as well. The plaza is available for fans without tickets to watch the game on big screens.
Gordon added that their community partners have been a big help in making the experience of the playoffs a great one for everyone participating.
“We see this as a really exciting time to be a sports fan in Milwaukee,” said Gordon.
Gordon said the team is fun and hardworking and deserve to be in the position that they’re in.
“They’re focused on one thing, which is competing for a championship.
