MILWAUKEE – United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County’s Diversity Leadership Society announced its new council members and renewed focus Tuesday night at the Miller Stables.
The Committee Member Toast event, sponsored by MillerCoors and Casablanca, celebrated the group’s over 160 person membership and the $623,434 raised last year, in the groups inaugural year, for the annual United Way Campaign. The Diversity Leadership Society’s mission is to ensure every family in the counties of Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, and Washington has the opportunity to flourish; no matter their diversity of thought, gender, age, ethnicity or geography.
