Milwaukee Area Technical College is seeking bids for Bid-Reference No. 2015-020, Downtown Milwaukee Campus Main Loading Dock Area Roof Improvements (Structural), Proj. 2015542.15.
There is a Single Prime Contract including: Cement Work, Carpentry, Ironwork, Waterproofing, Plumbing Work.

1. Sealed Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 1, 2015, only at the following location: MATC Office of Construction Services, Room M70, 1015 N. Sixth Street, Milwaukee, WI.
2. A goal of 18% for the participation of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) is included in the specifications.
