Request for Competitive Bids

WestCare is looking to expand program services to include a construction/ apprenticeship partner that can provide training leading to an industry recognized credential for up to 125 youth ages 16-24 through December 2015. Bids must include a clear plan for how the vendor plans to achieve students earning a construction/ apprenticeship related US Department of Labor endorsed Industry Recognized Credential and a cost per student. Vendors must be willing to customize trainings to accommodate the various needs of at-risk youth. Vendors must submit proof of accreditation to provide trainings.
All Bids will be due on February 2, 2015 by 5:00pm.
