CONSTRUCTION BID PROPOSALS
CG Schmidt, Inc. requests construction Bid Proposals for Bid Package #4 (Interiors) of St Ann Center for Intergenerational Care located at 2500 North Avenue, Milwaukee, WI.
Bids are being solicited for the following Work Categories: Glass & Glazing, Interior Carpentry, Plaster Finishes, Polished Concrete Floors, Ceramic Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Awnings, Flooring, Painting & Wall Covering, Operable Partitions, Window Treatments, Fireplaces and Coiling Fire Doors.
Bid Proposals will be received by CG Schmidt at CG Schmidt’s Main Office on the 9th day of January, 2015 until 10:00 AM. The Bid Proposals will be opened in private by CG Schmidt.
