CONSTRUCTION BIDDING OPPORTUNITY
Milwaukee Area Technical College is seeking bids for Bid-Reference No. 2014-021, Remodeling Specified Areas, Downtown Milwaukee and West Allis Campuses, Projects 2015500, 2015503.03, 2015535, 2015536, 2015547, 2015553, 2015554, 2015555 & 2015561. There is a Single Prime Contract, including: General Construction; Electrical/Telcom; Plumbing; and HVAC Work.
1. Sealed Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 2, 2014, only at the following location: MATC Office of Construction Services, Room M70, 1015 N. Sixth Street, Milwaukee, WI.
2. A goal of 18% for the participation of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) is included in the specifications.
