Casino guests, employers will be recognized for their service
In honor of Veterans Day on Nov. 11, Potawatomi Bingo Casino and the Forest County Potawatomi will recognize both guests and Casino employees for their service to our country.
Casino guests who are veterans or active duty military are invited to stop by the casino’s Promotions booth 10 a.m.-7:30 p.m. on Nov. 11 for a special “thank you” including a certificate for a free meal in The Buffet, extra entries in the casino’s Veterans Day drawing and an honorary sticker guests can wear that will enable others to recognize them as a veteran and bestow their appreciation.
Military ID must be shown to receive the special appreciation items.
In addition, the casino’s exterior light wall will display patriotic red, white and blue colors from Nov. 7-12.
Potawatomi Bingo Casino will also honor employees who are veterans or active-duty military through a variety of recognition and appreciation efforts.
Nearly 100 Casino employees have been identified as having served in the military or are currently serving.
“We have tremendous respect and appreciation to those who have served our country,” said Potawatomi Bingo Casino General Manager Mike Goodrich.
“This is one small way we can recognize and thank our veterans and military personnel for the sacrifices they make.”
