Milwaukee Area Technical College is seeking bids for Bid-Reference No. 2013-012, DMC 1311 N. 6th St. Lease Infrastructure Improvements. There is a Single Prime Contract, including: Limited General Construction, Electrical Work, Teledata Work.
1.Sealed Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 12, 2013, only at the following location: Office and Reception Desk, Construction Services, Room M70, 1015 N. Sixth Street, Milwaukee, WI.
2. A goal of 18% for the participation of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) is included in the specifications.
