9th Annual Milwaukee Masterpiece to showcase handcrafted cars

August 24, 2013

The 2013 Masterpiece will celebrate automobiles and motorcycles built in postwar America and their historical impact

The 9th Annual Milwaukee Masterpiece will take place Saturday, August 24 and Sunday August 25 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Milwaukee’s Veteran Park. The “Art on Wheels” showcase will highlight some of the best postwar Handcrafted Specials, including Sports Customs, Sports Cars, Hot Rods and Custom roadsters, and give visitors the opportunity to get up-close and personal with rare and vintage automobiles and owners from across the country.

Club Saturday at the M will begin with a parade of automobiles and motorcycles starting at the Harley-Davidson Museum and ending at Veterans Park. Sunday’s Concours d’Elegance will showcase automotive art and history with over 150 rare vintage vehicles from across the U.S. selected for their beauty and historic significance.

The Milwaukee Masterpiece will also commemorate the following anniversaries: 50th year of Ferrari Club of America, 50th year of Porsche 911, 60th year of Corvette, 100th year of Aston Martin and the 110th year of Harley-Davidson Motorcycles. As always, attendees can enjoy fantastic food and beverages throughout the weekend at this one-of-a-kind event on Milwaukee’s scenic lakefront.

All ticket sale proceeds will benefit Jewish Family Services.
