Annual Gift for Life Block Walk®

June 7, 2013

Sisters Network® Inc., Milwaukee Affiliate of a National African American Breast Cancer Survivorship Organization, announces the 5th Annual Gift for Life Block Walk.

This program serves two main purposes:

1) PROMOTE understanding of breast cancer and challenges facing African American women

2) VOLUNTEER in tribute to the fighting spirit of those who have faced breast cancer

Free and open to the public, it provides a way for you to volunteer and fight back.  Spread the word about the power of early detection and treatment.  Provide resource bags in the Sherman Park neighborhood.  Encourage, honor and pay tribute to anyone you know who has been affected by breast cancer.
