Model trains make a stop at the Domes

Come take a look and then take a ride

The Mitchell Park Domes, 524 S. Layton Boulevard is expanding “The Circus Comes to Town” with displays in the lobby for the All Scale Train Show on Saturday, February 23rd and Sunday, 24th.

Members of local garden railway clubs will set up their model layouts with trains ranging in size from the tiny Z-scale models to trains large enough for adults to ride. Club members will be on hand to answer questions about their layouts and the collectible train displays.

You will also be able to enjoy the current show “The Circus Comes to Town” through March 10th See animal tents, side shows, clowns, fairgrounds, and a miniature world of circus displays and props set alongside a miniature garden planting. G-scale trains run daily throughout the many displays where the circus parade is already on its way!

The Mitchell Park Domes are open weekends 9-4 pm, Mon., Tues., Wed, & Friday 9-5 pm. Adult admission is $6.50; children ages 6-17 are $5 and children 5 and under are free.
