Milwaukee Area Technical College is seeking bids for Bid-Reference No. 2012-009: Remodeling Specified Areas: Downtown Milwaukee Campus Projects: 2013347, 2013313.02, 2012274.03, 2013313.03. There is a Single Prime Contract, including: General Construction Work; Plumbing Work; Electrical Work; Heating – Ventilation Work.
- Sealed Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Thursday, November 29, 2012, only at the following location: MATC Office of Construction Services, Room M70, 1015 N. Sixth Street, Milwaukee, WI.
- A goal of 18% for the participation of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) is included in the specifications.
