Milwaukee Area Technical College is seeking bids for Bid-Reference 2011-027: Cuisine Fine Dining Lab & Dining Room Relocation; Downtown Milwaukee Campus (DMC) M100-M106; Project 2011127. There is a Single Prime Contract, including: General Construction Work, Electrical Work, Plumbing Work, HVAC Work
- Sealed Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 1, 2011, only at the following location: MATC Office of Construction Services, Room M104, 1015 N. Sixth Street, Milwaukee, WI.
- A goal of 18% for the participation of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) is included in the specifications.
