Milwaukee Area Technical College is seeking bids for Bid-Reference No. 2011-020: MATC – DMC 8th & State Parking Facility Deck Improvements, FY2012, Project 2012200. There is a Single Prime Contract, including: Masonry Restoration, Door & Window Replacement, Sealant Restoration, Stairwell Replacement.
- Sealed Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Monday, October 10, 2011, only at the following location: MATC Office of Construction Services, Room M104, 1015 N. Sixth Street, Milwaukee, WI.
- A goal of 18% for the participation of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) is included in the specifications.
