Positively Brown Deer is sponsoring a Spring Home Buying Expo and Tour of Homes on Saturday, May 7th. Brown Deer Village is a beautiful place to live with affordable housing, great schools, bountiful parks and ample family recreation.
The Home Buying Expo will take place from 10am to 12:00 noon in the Brown Deer Middle School Gym (60th and Dean Road). Potential home buyers will have a chance to meet with Brown Deer Village representatives including those from the Brown Deer School District, Police Department, and the Chamber of Commerce. They will also be able to meet with lenders, realtors, home inspectors, local businesses and other Brown Deer home owners. Participants will get information on the home buying process and can enter a drawing for raffle prizes.
The Tour of Homes for sale in Brown Deer Village will take place from 12:00 noon to 2:00pm. Participants at the Expo will receive a map of the homes open for tour and can travel to see them at their leisure.
