Residents seeking to earn their GED or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) have the opportunity to do so.
Orientation for the Spring 2011 GED/HSED class will be held at the Social Development Commission (SDC) Thurs., Dec. 16. Two fourhour sessions will be held for prospective students, the first starting promptly at 9am and the second at 5pm. The orientation sessions will be held at SDC’s Education and Training Lab at 4041 N. Richards Street. If you are interested in signing up for the GED/HSED classes, come on time to one of the sessions with a pencil and a $15 money order.
