- During a recent visit to IMPACT, new Milwaukee County Supervisor, Nikiya Harris (right) learned more about the 2-1-1 @ IMPACT social service hotline from Community Resource Specialist, Natia, and Program Director, Bob Waite. 2-1-1 @ IMPACT, on track to take over 125,000 calls this year, receives funding from Milwaukee County and the United Way of Greater Milwaukee to provide easy access to family, health and social services.
