Joy Clarke-Holmes
Johnson Controls Business Efficiency business unit, the global multi-industrial leader in energy efficiency and sustainability, has appointed Joy Clarke-Holmes Regional VP & GM for the Mid Atlantic Region. Clarke-Holmes will lead the company’s efforts to grow the Energy Solutions business throughout the Mid Atlantic Region. Clarke- Holmes has been a part of the Energy Solutions leadership team for the past 9 years in a variety of sales roles. Most recently, she provided leadership as the Director of Local Government Sales.
This appointment demonstrates Johnson Controls’ commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability by delivering sustainable energy and renewable solutions, construction, renovation and operations programs, as well as facility security services. Clarke-Holmes will be based out of Capitol Heights, Maryland and report to Bruno Biasiotta, vice president, Energy Solutions Americas.
Clarke-Holmes has more than 25 years of experience in marketing energy, utility, wireless and sustainability strategies for major metropolitan markets such as New York City, Dallas and Washington D.C. She has held management positions on local, regional and national levels, leading sales and business development teams in the pharmaceutical and energy services industries. Her leadership is further underscored by expertise in several areas, including: green building design; construction and operations; environmental and sustainability issues; performance contracting; supplier diversity; and infrastructure improvements.
