Downtown Milwaukee Campus (DMC) Faculty Innovation Center, Project 2011110 & DMC Fitness Center, Project 2011103. There is a Single Prime Contract, including: General Construction Work, Plumbing Work, Heating & Ventilating Work, Electrical Work
- Sealed Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Friday, November 5, 2010, only at the following location: MATC Office of Construction Services, Room M104, 1015 N. Sixth Street, Milwaukee, WI.
- A goal of 18% for the participation of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) is included in the specifications.
