Milwaukee Area Technical College is seeking bids for Bid Reference No. 2010-013, Milwaukee Enterprise Center (MEC) -South: Roof Replacement & Building Envelope Improvements, Specified Areas, Project Nos. 2010047 & 2011123. There is a Single Prime Contract, including: Roofing Work, Plumbing Work, Masonry Work, Sheet Metal Work.
- Sealed Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 7, 2010, only at the following location: MATC Office of Construction Services, Room M104, 1015 N. Sixth Street, Milwaukee, WI.
- A goal of 18% for the participation of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) is included in the specifications.
