Milwaukee Area Technical College is seeking bids for Bid-Reference No. 2010-008, Downtown Campus Chiller Plant–Stage 7, Project 2010000. There is a Single Prime Contract, including: General Construction Work, Plumbing Work, Heating & Ventilating Work, Electrical Work.
- Sealed Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, July 27, 2010, only at the following location: MATC Office of Construction Services, Room M104, 1015 N. Sixth Street, Milwaukee, WI.
- A goal of 18% for the participation of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) is included in the specifications.
