CONSTRUCTION BIDDING OPPORTUNITY
Milwaukee Area Technical College is seeking bids for Bid-Reference No. 2015-021, Downtown Milwaukee Campus Classroom, Corridor & Flooring improvements, Projects 2016656 & 2016600 . T here is a Single Prime Contract including: General Construction, Electrical, HVAC & Flooring Work.
1. Sealed Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Thursday , December 3 , 2015, only at the following location: MATC Office of Construction Services, Room M70, 1015 N. Sixth Street, Milwaukee, WI.
2. A goal of 18% for the participation of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) is included in the specifications.
