CONSTRUCTION BIDDING OPPORTUNITY
Milwaukee Area Technical College is seeking bids for Bid-Reference No. 2014-022, Downtown Milwaukee Campus Culinary Arts Central Purchasing Center Updates, Project 2014435. There is a Single Prime Contract, including: General Construction; Electrical; Plumbing; HVAC; Structural; and Concrete Work.
1. Sealed Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 8, 2014, only at the following location: MATC Office of Construction Services, Room M70, 1015 N. Sixth Street, Milwaukee, WI.
2. A goal of 18% for the participation of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) is included in the specifications.
