Milwaukee Health Services, Inc. pays tribute to the legacy of C. C. Henderson
As an example of the dedication and love Cicero Caesar best known as C. C. Henderson the late president/ CEO of Milwaukee Health Services, Inc. Victims of the July 22 rainstorm received some encouraging news Monday during a public hearing held at the Quality of Life Center at Christ the King Church.

NAACP celebrates 101 years with convention in Kansas City
(KANSAS CITY, MO) – Over 2,000 NAACP delegates this week unanimously passed a resolution—as amended— called “The Tea Party Movement,” asking for the repudiation of racist Tea Party leaders.
The resolution condemns the bigoted elements within the Tea Party and asks for them to be repudiated. State implements law prohibiting all workplace smoking including inside bars and restaurants
People across Wisconsin are breathing easier this week as the state officially marked the start of its smoke-free law on July 5, 2010. The law eliminates smoking inside all Wisconsin workplaces including bars and restaurants as a matter of public health.

County Executive Scott Walker and County Board Chairman Lee Holloway on Wednesday announced Milwaukee County’s plan to have an external engineering firm begin a safety inspection of all county buildings to determine potential issues impacting public safety. This inspection will include all buildings that have not received a façade inspection within the last 5 years and is in addition to the audit request initiated by Chairman Holloway on Friday.
