In this two-hour workshop you will learn how to:
- Create a social change grant application that will make your work more compelling and fundable!
- Highlight the most important and relevant aspects of your social change work while still meeting the other requirements of the Women’s Fund application.
Eligibility requirements: your organization must have a focus of social change for women and girls in one of three areas:
- Economic Empowerment – gender equality/parity/fair wages, economic justice
- Leadership – maintaining/creating women and girl leaders
- Education – providing opportunities for women and girls to be educated; and, how to advocate for social change
Note: This is a mandatory workshop for organizations interested in submitting a preliminary application to the Women’s Fund Social Change Grantmaking Program. All organizations planning to submit a preliminary Social Change grant application to the Women’s Fund must attend.
A second workshop will be held for organizations invited to submit a full proposal. This workshop will cover in depth evaluation tools, reporting requirements, and our social change logic model. The date of that workshop will be Wednesday, September, 14th.
