A year after the police shooting death of unarmed 18-year-old Michael Brown, his home city of Ferguson, Mo. was once again ablaze with the sights and sounds of protest and riot.
Activity since the one year anniversary of Brown’s death has come in the form of peaceful protest as well as violent rioting.
On Sunday night Ferguson police shot an 18-year-old, wounding him, after he allegedly shot at the officers several times.
According to a Wednesday report by Reuters, Ferguson police released a video of that man, Tyrone Harris, pulling a gun from his trousers. Harris survived gunshots from police and is now being held on bond for a number of charges, including assault on law enforcement and armed criminal action.
On Monday, some 60 people were arrested after protesting near a Ferguson courthouse, said a Wednesday report by USA Today.

Despite an arrest-free Tuesday, St. Louis officials announced that they would continue to keep the area under a state of emergency for another full day.
On Aug. 9, 2014, black youth Michael Brown was shot and killed by white police officer Darren Wilson.
The 28-year-old officer was not charged in Brown’s death, though he no longer works on the Ferguson police force.
