President Obama visited the Milwaukee Area to showcase a highly successful job training program

To highlight his commitment to the unemployed and workforce development as a part of his post State of the Union-Hangout Road Trip, President Obama visited the Milwaukee Area on Thursday to showcase a highly successful job training program designed by WRTP/BIG STEP in response to the industry driven workforce development needs of a local manufacturer GE Energy systems. After his speech on Thursday, President Obama signed the Executive Order on workforce development and gave a signing pen to WRTP/BIG STEP graduate and GE Energy employee, Reggie Troop who also introduced the President at the event.
