32nd Annual Marketplace 2013 to be held at Potawatomi Expo Center in Milwaukee

This year’s conference ‘Teaming for Success’ on Oct. 15 & 16

Marketplace 2013-Teaming for Success is the 32nd Governor’s Conference on Minority Business Development, that also includes women-owned and disabled veteran-owned businesses.

This statewide conference will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 15 & Wednesday, Oct. 16 at the Potawatomi Expo Center, 1721 W. Canal St. in Milwaukee. The event provides MBE, WBE and DVB companies the opportunity to meet government and corporate buyers, network with potential teaming partners, attend business seminars and find valuable business resources to help grow their businesses.

Marketplace 2013’s keynote speaker will be UW-Milwaukee Chancellor Michael Lovell.

The conference will also recognize the state’s top minority-owned businesses that have achieved success through their innovation, sales, products, customer relations, employment and management dimensions.

The conference is presented by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation.
