Local landscaping business owner Lamont Allen shows off his home garden full of healthy foods. Allen (no relation to Will Allen) shows what can be done with a small to average sized backyard and with organic methods, no pesticides. Allen planted cabbage, collard greens, a variety of tomatoes (beefsteak and plum), a variety of different types of peppers, cucumbers, eggplant, and even a common Spanish tomato called tomatillo, that is used to make salsas.
