Asks public’s assistance in apprehending her murderer
Milwaukee County Supervisor Peggy Romo West, District 12, will host a series of events to celebrate the life of Dayana Garcia Bados. Dayana, 24 years, was murdered on January 3rd, 2012 by her estranged husband, Jose Luis Discua Bados, in the backyard of her family’s home on South 13th Street.
“The death of Dayana Garcia haunts me,” said Supervisor Romo West. “As a mother of three beautiful girls, one just 2 years younger than Dayana, the savagery of her death and the fact that it took place in front of her Grandmother has troubled me deeply, I am committed to working with the Garcia family, MPD and the District Attorney’s office to ensure justice prevails in this case. The first step in this justice, is finding Discua Bados. I am asking the public’s assistance in apprehending this dangerous individual.”
