Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele announced this week special elections will be held to replace two County Supervisors.
Abele’s Executive Order calls for elections to replace Supervisors Joe Sanfelippo and Nikiya Harris. Both have resigned their seats after winning spots in the state legislature.
The special elections will be part of the General Elections on April 2nd. If they are needed, Primaries will be held on February 19th.
Anyone interested in running for those seats will have to file nomination papers by 5:00 p.m. on January 15th.
